Moreover, you agree not to use any method, which could be viewed as "spam" (unsolicited postings or e-mails) to refer people to sites in the SexDateCash.com program. You hereby declare that you are aware of the criminal aspects of spam activities. SexDateCash.com strictly prohibits Spam and/or email promotion of any kind, and the Affiliate understands that such acts may be subject to fines and/or imprisonment for disobeying laws or rules of certain network providers or jurisdictions regarding the use of SPAM messages.

Please note that the only acceptable methods of referring someone to SexDateCash.com sites are as described on the site itself. Email promoters and Spammers will be terminated immediately and lose all earnings (any commission or payment that has been earned).

In order for SexDateCash.com to operate properly, we encourage both Affiliates and Sites participating in the SexDateCash.com to report any websites that send illegitimate traffic.

If you suspect that you have been the victim of SPAM originating from one of SexDateCash.com's Affiliates, or if you know of a website that is promoting our participating sites through the use of emails and/or SPAM, please let us know. abuse@sexdatecash.com
